Product Description

PVC foam board is a lightweight, durable sheet made from high-quality PVC through an advanced foaming and extrusion process. It features a smooth surface, good rigidity, and excellent processing performance, making it widely used in advertising, construction, furniture, and interior decoration.

It is available in two types: Celuka foam board with a hard, smooth outer skin for higher strength, and free foam board with a uniform, fine foam core and better flexibility. Both offer stable performance and easy machinability.

Compared with wood and traditional panels, PVC foam board is waterproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant, and long-lasting. It will not warp, rot, or absorb water, even in humid environments. It is also eco-friendly, non-toxic, and recyclable.

The board is easy to process, including cutting, drilling, engraving, thermoforming, printing, and lamination. Its excellent surface flatness makes it ideal for UV printing, digital printing, and signage applications.

It is commonly applied in advertising signage and display boards, exhibition booth construction, interior decoration, furniture panels, and building templates. It is also suitable for CNC engraving, carving products, and other customized processing applications.

Packing & Delivery

PVC Foam Sheets are carefully packed to ensure safe transportation and product protection. Each sheet is covered with PE protective film (single or double side) to prevent surface damage. Products are then packed on strong wooden pallets or iron pallets, reinforced with corner protectors and wrapping film for export standard protection. Customized packaging is available upon request.

For delivery, we support sea freight, air freight, and land transportation according to customer requirements. Standard lead time is usually 15-20days depending on order quantity and specification.
